HIGH-SPEED SIDE SEALING MACHINE (Optional):
For producing (bottom weld, double-weld bags. Doted or plane TPS bags.)

• The machine frame is made of prefabricated M.S and Cast iron materials flame cut sheet 12mm thick to ensure machine rigidity, reduce machine vibration under high speed running.
• Feeding motor, automatic control, reduced labor requirements, stability in operation, Different types of bags with several uses optional, easy to replace.
  

FOLDING DEVICE (Optional):

• A folding frame can be supplied for single wound sheet it’s made with staness steel, M.S., and cast iron fabricated design. This helps to reduce reel changes as each reel contains more meters for the same diameter. For converting sheet film, a folding unit can be purchased to run in-line or off line with extra attached unit call unwinder with the machine. A low friction top folding device for a single or twin side fold through a system of folding rollers with guide plates is fitted. The whole unit is well designed for ease of operation and low maintenance. (folding device is equipped with edge grinding or web guiding for accurate folding is optional)
  

AUTO COLLECTION DEVICE (optional):

• The auto collection device is equipped and designs for deliver the finished bags exactly counted in each cycle.
  

PHOTOCELL CONTROL
This series of machine uses photocells for precise control of print image to the side weld bags.

HANDLE PUNCH
The pneumatically controlled handle punch equipped with knife type cutter which is designed for long life and is easily changeable.

LINE SEALING SYSTEM:
The longitudinal dimension is continuously sealed by heated wire, which can be adjusted after top folding. The size of the bag is easily changed, with no limit.

THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SOFT LOOP CARRIER BAGS AND POLY DRAW CARRIER BAGS
At the rear, one unwinds station for the polyethylene handle film. The film width is identical to the loop length. The film is cut into narrow strips, and fed into the top fold. The flexible handle film feeding system is driven by pneumatic control. The roll of the film is fed, cut and welded automatically and is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag. The film for the Poly Draw Handle should be pre-slit to width and automatically fed into the top folds of the carrier bag by special forming tool.

THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PATCH CARRIER BAGS
The patch handle film feeding system is driven by pneumatically. The reel of patch film is fed, cut and welded automatically to the top central position of the PE Carrier bag.

SMALL BAG MAKING MACHINE.(Specialty Side weld bag maker)
A very unique servo driven side weld bag maker specially designed to make small bags to a minimum draw length of 30mm. These value added bags are used to pack fancy Stationery items like pens, notepads, Stickers, etc. and Hosiery items like socks, under garments etc. The applications are endless.
